Plan Administrator: The Ohio Tuition Trust Authority
CollegeAdvantage is offered and administered by the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority (Tuition Trust), a state agency within the office of the Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents, and has been helping Ohio families save for a college education since 1989. CollegeAdvantage is offered directly through the Tuition Trust (direct plan) and is also offered through financial professionals (advisor plan). An 11-member board oversees the investments of the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority.

The Tuition Trust is responsible for providing administrative, record-keeping, marketing and investment services that are necessary for the establishment, operation and maintenance of systems and other facilities through which account owners can participate in the Vanguard, PIMCO, Oppenheimer and GE investment options offered under the direct program. The Tuition Trust invests the assets of each account in program units/shares that represent full and fractional interests in the Variable Trust Fund, which are then invested in a particular investment portfolio within the Vanguard, PIMCO, Oppenheimer and GE investment options established by the Tuition Trust.
