University System of Ohio

Ohio College Access Network (OCAN) 
The Ohio College Access Network (OCAN) was founded in 1999, by KnowledgeWorks Foundation, in collaboration with the Ohio Board of Regents and the Ohio Department of Education. OCAN is an independent 501 (c)(3) organization that provides leadership and support for Ohio college access organizations to help increase the college going rate in Ohio.

Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC)
The Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) focuses on issues impacting Ohio community and technical colleges, and through dialogue with trustees and presidents, adapts solutions to fit the social, educational and political landscape in the state.

Inter-University Council of Ohio
The Inter-University Council of Ohio (IUC) was established in 1939 as a voluntary educational association of Ohio's public universities. Today the association represents Ohio's 14 public universities. Together, these institutions offer a broad range of associate, baccalaureate, graduate and professional programs.

Association of Independent Colleges and Universities in Ohio (AICUO)
Founded in 1969, AICUO represents 51 privately supported, nonprofit colleges and universities in Ohio, conducting public relations, research and government relations work for its members.

KnowledgeWorks Foundation
KnowledgeWorks Foundation emerged on June 1, 1998 as a charitable foundation through the reorganization of the Student Loan Funding Corporation. With an endowment of approximately $200 million, the Foundation is Ohio's largest education philanthropy dedicated to removing barriers to higher education for all Ohioans.

The Ohio Learning Network
The Ohio Learning Network helps Ohioans find educational programs that meet their needs, works with colleges and universities using technology to improve teaching and learning, and helps build partnerships among higher education, schools, businesses and communities.

529 Plan Eligible Institutions
