The Family Advantage Program is an early awareness initiative targeted to elementary school children and their families about the need to plan and save for higher education. The Ohio Tuition Trust Authority annually produces the Family Advantage newsletter, which is distributed to 1.3 million elementary school children in Ohio. The newsletter includes information for parents on how to plan and save for college, as well as financial aid resources. Student content includes classroom activities to help children get excited about college, plus learn basic financial terms and concepts.
