Administrative Rules Update

At CollegeAdvantage, we constantly review our policies and procedures to ensure that we are in compliance with State and Federal law and regulations, that we adapt to changing technology and that we are using best practices to serve you, our customer. As part of this continual process, we have reviewed the sections of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) that govern business operations and have proposed several changes to existing rules, based primarily on changes in business processes and technology with the goal of improving the customer experience.

These rule changes have been filed with The Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR), a legislative committee, whose primary function is to review proposed, new, amended, and rescinded rules from more than 110 State of Ohio agencies.
