Outbound Email and Phone Responses For Ohio’s 529 Plan Will Not Be Available Monday, June 1 through Wednesday, June 3
Monday, June 1, 2020 through Wednesday, June 3, only required State of Ohio security staff (employees or contractors) will report to state-owned or leased buildings for work. All other state staff will work from home. This is due to the public safety emergency in Columbus.
Therefore, Ohio Tuition Trust Authority personnel will not be in our office from Monday, June 1 to Wednesday, June 3. OTTA staff will not be available Monday, June 1 through Wednesday, June 3 to provide outbound call response nor respond to email inquiries for account-specific customer service matters.
Please keep in mind, virtually all account-specific activity and requests can be completed via your online account access. There are only four (4) activities that require you to complete a form: Account Owner Change, Beneficiary Change, Trust/Entity Application, and Agent Authorization Form. All other activities can be completed via your online account access.
