Most account activity and requests can be completed via your online account access. There are only four (4) activities that require you to complete a form:
All other activities, including withdrawals, can be completed online without customer service assistance.
If you haven’t already, be sure to set up two-factor authentication to expedite online access to your account. Our blog offers guidance to set up two-factor.
While accessing your account online, please review how you receive your Ohio 529 Plan notifications. These include quarterly statements, offering statements updates, transaction and profile update confirmations, and tax forms. Your options for receiving notifications either by email or by mail. E-delivery is the fastest and most efficient way to receive these communications, and is strongly encouraged. We bring this up for at some point, COVID-19 could negatively impact paper mail delivery.
