How do I access my statements, confirmations, and tax forms?
Here's how to get started.
Step 1: login to your direct account
Step 2: click profile and documents on the right side menu
Step 3: click view statements, confirmations, and tax forms
From there, you can select the year, beneficiary account, and the type of document you need
It's that simple.
