Office of Ohio’s 529 Plan Closed July 4

The office of Ohio’s 529 Plan, CollegeAdvantage, will be closed Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

Our Customer Service department, which can be reached at 1-800-AFFORD-IT (1-800-233-6734), will also be closed. Our Customer Service representatives are available to assist you on regular business days from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday-Friday before or after this holiday. You can also access your 529 account online 24/7 if you need account information or want to make a contribution. You can even open an account during the holiday.

Also, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) will close in observance of the Fourth of July. In addition, the NYSE will close early at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 3. Any transaction requested on a holiday, weekend, or after the NYSE closes will be processed on the next business day.

Ohio History Connection is also hosting events across Ohio on July 4. On Saturday, July 6, Ohio Village will be hosting fun family events, including an Ohio Village Muffins base ball game.
