If you feel your situation requires a personal consultation with an OTTA representative, you may schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-233-6734. You will need to provide the topic(s) you wish to discuss. We have 30-minute appointments available on Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. and from 2 to 4 p.m.

Due to security procedures for the building, you must call ahead for an appointment. If you visit without an appointment, we may not be able to meet with you. Please do not hand-deliver contribution checks, account management forms or correspondence to our Columbus office. Account contributions and forms must be mailed to the P.O. Box address provided above. Checks and forms delivered or mailed to the Columbus office address will be re-mailed to the P.O. Box address and will delay processing of your transaction.
