If you feel you have a situation that requires a personal consultation with a representative of the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority, you will need to schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-233-6734. You will be asked to provide the topic(s) you wish to discuss. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. and from 2 to 4 p.m. Appointments are limited to 30 minutes.

Due to security procedures for the building, you must call ahead for an appointment. If you show up without an appointment, we may not be able to meet with you. Please do not hand-deliver contribution checks or account management forms and correspondence to our Columbus, Ohio, office. Account contributions and forms must be mailed to the P.O. Box address provided above. Checks and forms delivered or mailed to the Columbus office address will be re-mailed to the P.O. Box address and will delay processing of your transaction.
