Executive Director Trisha GoodOn June 28, longtime chief financial officer and chief investment officer (CFO/CIO) Trisha Good was appointed as the new Executive Director for Ohio’s 529 Plan, CollegeAdvantage. She will be responsible for leading Ohio Tuition Trust Authority (OTTA), the state agency that administers Ohio’s 529 Plan, and its employees; recommending and implementing the investment strategy as approved by an 11-member fiduciary OTTA board; and managing the overall operations of the Ohio’s 529 Savings Program. Good has served as the interim Executive Director since April after the retirement of the former Executive Director Tim Gorrell.

Good has been with OTTA for over 25 years and has more than 35 years of public and private sector experience in accounting and investments. She has served as the chief financial officer and chief investment officer (CFO/CIO) at the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority (OTTA) since 2010. She first joined OTTA in 1996 and served five years in the position of comptroller. Good was promoted to the position of investment officer, which she held for 10 years before being promoted to CFO/CIO. Trisha also served in the interim Executive Director position in 2015 and again in 2023.

Prior to joining OTTA, Good served for more than two years as the assistant fiscal manager at the Ohio Student Aid Commission. She was the senior accountant/cash manager at MPW Industries, Inc. for five years, and she also worked at a local CPA firm and Central Ohio Savings and Loan early in her career. 

A graduate of Tiffin University, Good holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She also holds a Certified Public Accountant license (inactive) in Ohio. A native of Milan, Ohio, she resides near Hebron with her family.
