Ohio's 529 Plan is proud to support the 31st Annual Andyman-A-Thon (Thon) and partner with CD 92.9 to support Columbus-area children’s charities. Running from Friday, Dec. 15 through Sunday, Dec. 17, the Thon is a 48-hour live radio event, which raises money for various children’s charities in central Ohio. The loyal listeners make a donation when submitting their song requests during this two-day period. You can donate online or call 614-221-1025.
Since its founding, the Thon has raised more than $1 million. This year, the Thon beneficiaries are: Special Olympics Ohio, Ronald McDonald House Charities Central Ohio, Nationwide Children’s, Easter Seals Central and Southeast Ohio, and many more. You can learn more about the Andyman-A-Thon here.
As the Andyman-A-Thon supports local children’s charities, Ohio’s 529 Plan would like to support families’ donation to the Thon by giving away two $529 college savings awards for their children’s future education after high school. You can enter here.
