The office of Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day.
Our Customer Service Department will also be closed for the holiday. Our Customer Service representatives are available to assist you on regular business days from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET before or after the holiday. You can reach them at 1-800-AFFORD-IT (800-233-6734).
While our office may be closed, you can always open an account online over the holiday to start saving for your children’s or grandchildren’s future college and career training.
If you are already an Ohio 529 account owner, you can log in to complete transactions online as usual or use the READYSAVE 529 app to access your account information, track account growth, and make both one-time and recurring contributions, start a withdrawal, or open an account for a new beneficiary all from your cell phone. You can download the READYSAVE 529 app now from the Apple and Google Play app stores. Once you install the app, select Ohio’s 529 Plan from the list and log in with the same username and password you use to access your account online.
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) will be open. However, any transaction requested on a holiday, weekend, or after the NYSE closes will be processed on the next business day.
