For 30 years, Ohio’s 529 Plan, CollegeAdvantage, has been helping families across the nation save for their children’s higher education.
Ohio’s 529 Plan is the tax-advantaged way to save for college with tax-free earnings, tax-free withdrawals, and a State of Ohio tax deduction of up $4,000 per year, per beneficiary for Ohioans contributing to Ohio’s 529 Plan.
For 30 years, Ohio’s 529 Plan has covered the qualified costs at any four-year college or university, two-year community college, trade or vocational school, and certificate program nationwide that accepts federal financial aid.
To celebrate our 30th anniversary, Ohio’s 529 Plan wants to help 30 families to save for their children’s higher education by giving away 30 college savings awards! One Grand Prize winner will receive a $3,000 college saving award,
while 29 runners up will receive a $529 college savings award. The winners can use their award to start or add to an Ohio Direct 529 Plan account.
